Super nice rooms and a convenient pool for little children. A little disappointed because we could never tell which rooms had a bathtub from the booking website -we were travelling with our baby boy- so we ended up thinking they didn't have any. Breakfast was kind of expensive. Location is very convenient if you're a fan of nature because the main park is just a few meters from the hotel. There are a museum and a zoo a few minutes from there, too. Still, city centre is quite far and you'll need to get a taxi.
Regularly stay here and it's never disappointed. All the staff are very welcoming and most speak both English and Spanish. Rooms are always very clean and the laundry service has always been very fast and efficient when I've used it. Restaurant offers a wide range of meals which don't disappoint

This hotel was a gem of a surprise. While the exterior is dated my updated suite was great. The breakfast buffet and evening happy hour for elite members was much better than expected. Everyone went out of their to make this a great week long stay.
I am editing my review to reflect the very kind and personal attention and treatment I received, specifically at the care of the guest experience manager, Adrina. Upon my return to the hotel for another stay, everything in my suite was as it should have been the first time (plus extra). From check-in to checkout the experience was much more pleasant and comfortable, and the whole team seemed to have improved the check-in process by creating an informative and helpful introduction to the spaces and services that represent the Hyatt name very well. While I was very disappointed with my stay a few weeks ago, they have done their job to ensure that my stay was excellent and this effort alone says a lot. I really enjoy this hotel and if they can continue with attention to the small details, I would continue to recommend it to anyone. I will be back here for sure. I commend them for their commitment to excellence and taking the time to address my previous stay.

The service was great, starting from the greeting staff at the entrance. The biggest highlight of my visit was definitely the food served during the event, which was a mix of modern cuisine and Tabasco's traditional dishes. I would surely recommend it, as well as going back myself.
Stayed here on a business trip and had a solid overall experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with professional and attentive staff. Service was excellent throughout the stay, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet, making it easy to rest after long workdays. The location is convenient for business travel, though depending on your plans, getting around can take a bit of extra time. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice for business travel, and I’d stay here again.
